Before you ask
What's the minimum order quantity?
It varies by product. Most items start at 100 pieces; apparel starts at 90 for screen printing. Smaller runs are possible on some products at a higher per-unit price ask and we’ll quote it.
Do you ship internationally?
Our standard service is nationwide USA delivery. We can arrange international shipping on request typically 5–14 business days after production, quoted case by case.
What logo file do you need?
Vector files are best: .AI, .EPS, .SVG or .PDF. We also accept .PNG or .JPG at 300 DPI or higher. If all you have is a low-res image, send it anyway redrawing it is part of the free design service.
How long does production take?
Standard production is 7–10 business days after you approve the proof. Rush orders can run in 3–5 days depending on the product and quantity.
Can I see a sample first?
Digital proofs are always free. Physical samples are available on request before you commit to a large order.
Is the design service really free?
Yes — completely. Our team prepares print-ready artwork, suggests improvements and sends a proof for your approval. There’s no art charge on your invoice, on the first order or any after it.
